However, Spa Kleen cannot accept responsibility for: items that are faded, damaged, or shrink due to poor manufacturing or incorrect care labels; loose beading, embellishments, or delicate trims; or damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g. pens, tissues, coins).
If an item is lost or damaged due to our error or negligence, our liability is limited to a maximum of five times the cleaning charge paid for that item, or the item’s current value — whichever is lower.
Customers are advised to notify us in advance of any high-value or delicate garments so we can assess suitability for cleaning and discuss options.
6. Uncollected Items
Items not collected within 90 days of drop-off may be disposed of or donated. We will attempt to contact you before doing so.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon collection unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash and most major debit/credit cards. Online payment options may be available for selected services.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel before cleaning begins, no charges apply. Once cleaning is completed, refunds are only given where there has been proven negligence.
